Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of Finishing Works:

• Oversee plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, cladding, carpentry, and other finishing activities.
• Ensure works align with project specifications, designs, and quality standards.

2. Team Coordination:

• Manage and guide site workers, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Monitor workforce productivity and maintain timelines.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Identify defects and implement corrective actions promptly.

4. Material Management:

• Monitor inventory levels for finishing materials (e.g., tiles, paint, fixtures).
• Coordinate timely procurement and ensure minimal wastage.

5. Safety Compliance:

• Ensure all finishing work adheres to safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks focusing on safety measures during finishing operations.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare progress reports, detailing the status of finishing works.
• Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and clients for approvals.

7. Problem Solving:

• Address on-site challenges like design discrepancies or material shortages.
