We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team and manage site operations efficiently, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to timelines.

The Civil Foreman will oversee and coordinate daily operations on construction sites, managing the workforce, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth execution of projects. This role requires hands-on supervision of civil work, and the ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil construction, an active UAE driving license, and proven leadership skills. The Civil Foreman will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed to specifications, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site civil construction activities, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.
• Manage workforce scheduling, task assignment, and overall workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Inspect project plans and ensure work aligns with specifications, blueprints, and standards.
• Enforce site safety protocols, ensuring all workers comply with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, tools, and equipment usage.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, taking proactive steps to resolve potential delays or issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Handle site logistics, including material delivery, storage, and handling on-site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry, ideally within shading and tent projects.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on productivity and quality.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Ability to solve on-site issues and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in shading, tents, or specialized construction industries.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Arabic) for effective team communication.
