Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on our civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Manage and supervise a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors.
• Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the construction process.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
• Monitor project progress and report to project management.
• Resolve on-site issues and problems efficiently.
• Manage material and equipment inventory.
• Coordinate with project engineers and other site personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
