Job Title: Foreman - CIVIL

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

"J WALT" is an ISO Certified Interior Design, Interior Fit-Out, MEP, and Civil Maintenance Company based in Dubai built to provide cost-efficient and state-of-the-art services to customers.

We undertake all kinds of Civil & MEP maintenance, including partitioning, false ceiling, flooring, wall tiling, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, steel and aluminum fabrication, interior decorations, landscaping, and A/C maintenance for domestic and commercial sectors.

3. ABOUT ROLE

The Civil Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of construction crews on various projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of civil engineering and construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1. Requirement Gathering, BOQ Preparation & Estimation

Good command of installing Civil services, and inspection for civil contractors.

Installation works and materials of civil services.

Manage Civil activities in liaison with the supervisor.

Identify the workforce requirement for the project.

Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements.

Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of gangs/site operatives.

4.2. Project Execution/Technical Work

Responsible for all types of Civil work at the sites.

Responsible for supervising all the civil works.

4.3. Site Supervising

Make sure the site is clean and safe (Maintain proper housekeeping).

Manage the work progress without scope creep and report the progress regularly.

Manage the project and work site as per the standards until sign-off from the Client.

5. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

5.1. Essential qualifications

4 to 6 years of experience in Site Supervising and work/Project Execution (Hands-on)
