Requirements and Skills

Experience in supervising interior fit-out and Civil Finishing works for Office Space, Retail, Restaurant and residential sites
Should be able to read and understand the Architecture and Structural drawing to execute the work at site
Should have knowledge in Civil structure works (Excavation to Concreting)
Should have knowledge in finishes work (Block work, Plastering, waterproofing, painting, tiling, marble, Screed work, Aluminium works, Door and Window fixing)
Should have knowledge in Architectural, Interior furnish, and joinery works
Basic knowledge of MEP Site coordination
Should have good knowledge in Villa maintenance work
The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams at the same time and will be responsible for all running sites.
Should have to maintain good quality of work and Site safety
Should be able to produce work on time as per the project schedule.
Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
