Antal is working with a diversified Abu Dhabi-based holding company that operate across the Arabian Gulf and the wider Middle East region covering various industries including property development, facilities management, hospitality, food & beverage - franchising, support services, retail, construction & engineering, oil & gas, transportation, general trading, healthcare, education, energy, communication and financial services. They are looking for a Civil Foreman with -Requirements:

Possession of a High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
Recent experience in Civil/Architectural Construction.
Basic proficiency in computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office products and company emails.
Proficiency in interpreting and constructing from Construction drawings and documents, including site, structural, and architectural plans.
Adherence to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Accountability for the maintenance of all company-issued tools and equipment, along with tracking material and equipment maintenance.
Exceptional communication skills, ability to work well within a team, and a results-oriented mindset.

Provide progress reports to Engineers.
Supervise and provide training to workers.
Monitor crew attendance.
Ensure the adequacy of manpower and resources.
Assign general and daily responsibilities.
Coordinate tasks based on priorities and plans.
Possess adequate experience in all aspects of concrete installation and finishing.
Demonstrate a strong background in installing reinforcing steel and mesh.
Implement Health and Safety regulations and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
Ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines effectively.
Possess strong carpentry skills for form building and installation of bracing.
Develop organized work habits.
Experience in working with and managing subcontractors.
