Job Description

Job Title: Civil Foreman

Experience: 3-4 years

Salary: 3000 - 4000 AED

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Interpret and execute plans and specifications.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed on-site.
• Manage materials and equipment on site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman for 3-4 years.
• Valid driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certification or degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
