Job Description

:

As a Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the construction site. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in maintaining productive and efficient operations on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools.

Monitor and manage site logistics, including materials and equipment deliveries.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in construction management or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
