We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Civil Foreman

to join our team for a high-rise building project in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supervising construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity on-site.

Job Responsibilities

:

Supervise and manage site activities for civil works, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, and schedules. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and laborers to execute tasks effectively and efficiently. Ensure that all construction work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any delays or issues and implementing corrective measures. Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with project plans. Maintain detailed site records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and labor deployment. Communicate effectively with the project team, including site engineers, project managers, and clients, to provide updates and resolve issues. Ensure the site is prepared for inspections and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years UAE experience as a

Foreman

in

civil construction

Excellent

leadership

, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of

site safety

, quality control, and construction processes Experience in

material management

construction drawings
