Job Description

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman, particularly in villa construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site civil construction activities, focusing on both structural (skeleton) and finishing works. Coordinate daily tasks and operations, ensuring that the workforce is productive, safe, and efficient. Monitor and inspect the work of laborers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications. Ensure the project follows the set timeline, and report progress to the site engineer and project manager. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues, including technical challenges and manpower-related concerns. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of civil works, including foundation, masonry, structural concrete, and finishing tasks. Proven ability to lead a construction crew, with excellent team coordination and communication skills. Deep understanding of construction safety standards and quality control procedures. Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Valid driving license.
