Job Description

Scope of Work:

The Civil Foreman will oversee and manage daily activities related to infrastructure maintenance, including roads, bridges, underpasses, and associated civil works, ensuring quality standards and adherence to project schedules.

:

• Supervise and coordinate civil maintenance activities on-site.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols during all operations.
• Allocate tasks and resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and team members to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain documentation related to site activities.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in infrastructure maintenance.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• A Civil Engineering Diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
