Civil Estimator Construction ( Ksa)
Job Description
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
? 5-7 years of experience in civil cost estimation, preferably in the construction or
engineering industry.
? Proven track record of successfully estimating costs for civil projects of varying sizes and
complexities.
? Strong understanding of civil l systems, components, and materials.
? Proficiency in using cost estimation methodologies and tools.
? Excellent analytical skills and computer skills especially MS-Excel Program
? Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams.
? Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in cost estimation.
? Familiarity with civil estimation is a plus.
? Any professional certification in the field is a plus.
? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
