Civil Estimation Engineer
Job Description
Hiring for Senior Estimator
+ Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or civil degree from a four-year college or university
+5 years of related experience in UAE, ten overall combination
+ Prior estimating, field engineering, and/or project management experience with major civil projects such as commercial buildings, residential buildings, malls, towers, plazas, logistics, and warehousing within industrial, and other structures
+ Has the ability to identify potential solutions to optimize the client's requirements (Value Engineering, Alternatives, etc.)
+ Familiar with local laws and authority regulations
+ Positive attitude with the desire to continue learning and developing professionally
+ High level of organization and attention to details
+ ability to manage tight deadlines
+ ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
+ Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with various levels of management
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. When we say proficient, you need to know how to use certain advance features.
+ Prior knowledge, AutoCAD, Plan Swift and P6 would be advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED18,000.00 per month
