Job Description

We are looking for a civil engineer with experience working within the country, with a minimum of 5 years , knowledgeable about the requirements and specifications of Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense procedures, holding a Dubai Municipality license and approval from the Engineers Association with the engineering number, and all operations related to construction according to the following tasks and requirements.

Management of study, planning, and construction operations for sites, preparation of project timelines, and quantity calculations.
Management and maintenance of public and private infrastructure.
Conducting surveys and site layouts to establish construction sites.
Calculating construction costs, analyzing long-term plans, survey reports, as well as maps and data related to project design.
Analyzing the results of soil or construction material tests such as asphalt and concrete to determine their suitability for use in projects.
Solving design-related problems and developing them.
Estimating the value and potential risks of the project.
Managing project budgets and resources.
Survey analysis and mapping using computer modeling software.
Monitoring project progress to ensure the project meets all legal requirements and health and safety standards.
Preparing monthly reports for each project, including completed tasks, consumed materials, and labor movement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

• civil engineer INSAID UAE: 4 years (Required)
