We are seeking a

Civil Engineer/Estimator

with expertise in

BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tendering

. The ideal candidate should have a

strong understanding of UAE tenders, market pricing, and supplier negotiations

to ensure competitive and accurate quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

with detailed cost breakdowns
? Prepare accurate

cost estimates and quotations

for projects
? Analyze

market pricing trends

to ensure competitive rates
? Review, evaluate, and

prepare tenders

with strategic pricing
? Source and negotiate with

suppliers & subcontractors

for cost-effective solutions
? Ensure compliance with

contract and tender requirements

? Stay updated on

current tenders and market trends

Requirements:

?

3 to 4 years of experience

in BOQ preparation, estimation, and tendering in the UAE
?Strong knowledge of

market rates, supplier pricing & tendering process

?Experience in

BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and procurement

?Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software

?Excellent analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills
?Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering or related field
