Job Description

Qualified Civil engineer having 2+ years of UAE experience in managing Fitout and civil projects., capable of the following:-

• Experience in fit out, interiors in restaurant , villas , residential and commercial projects.
• Must have Dubai municipality approved certification
• Experience in DM approval drawing preparation & submission and obtaining DM approvals
• Well knowledge in Auto card & drawing preparation
• IT Literate, Must be proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel and Word)
• Fluency in English and great communication skills
• Engineering Diploma or Degree is a strong plus.
• Excellent knowledge on HSE standards and site housekeeping.
• Ability to prepare daily and weekly work schedules and project plans.
• Must be able to manage subcontractors and inhouse team on site
• Ensure high quality finishing within the time frame agreed
• Experience in monitoring all site activities to pre-empt quality issues and take corrective measures.
• Must be able to assess workforce requirements to complete daily work schedule as per project plan.
• Must have extensive knowledge on MEP and HVAC.
• Must be willing to stay on site and manage end to end site coordination.
• Must prepare Bill of Materials in advance on a weekly basis and submit Material Request to Procurement, ensuring that all materials are on site on time.
• Willing to work as per timelines of the project with the sole purpose of completing project on time.
• Must be confident of speaking to clients and briefing them with site progress daily.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Speaks English fluently, Arabic speaking will be an advantage, Ability to attend client meetings
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in drawing preparation and submission. Well- known knowledge in Auto CAD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
