We are seeking a talented and driven Civil Engineer with a strong sales background to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge in civil engineering with the ability to identify business opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage civil engineering expertise to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and technical services sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop project proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the construction or technical services industry.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and technical concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
