Job Description
• Project Planning and Design:
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs using CAD software.
• Develop blueprints and structural models.
• Construction Management:
• Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Site Investigation and Data Analysis:
• Perform site inspections and soil testing to assess the suitability of the proposed construction site.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data.
• Materials and Resource Management:
• Select appropriate construction materials.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Compliance and Permitting:
• Obtain required licenses and permits from appropriate authorities.
• Ensure that all construction and maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Education:
• Primary (Preferred)
Experience:
• civil engineer: 1 year (Preferred)
