Job Role: Civil Engineer

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Years of Experience: 2- 4 Years in UAE

Sector/Industry: Real Estate/Commercial

Work Location: Umm Al Quwain

Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design:

• Develop and implement project plans, specifications, and design drawings.
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of proposed construction sites.

Construction Management:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and budgets are met.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and resolve any issues or defects in construction work.

Cost Management:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
• Track project expenditures and ensure financial resources are used efficiently.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the real estate commercial sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
