Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer specializing in villa construction to join our team . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing invoices and project estimations, as well as a strong proficiency in AutoCAD software. Fluency in Arabic is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Estimation and Invoicing:

• Prepare detailed project estimations and budgets for villa construction projects.
• Generate accurate and timely invoices for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all financial documentation is precise and aligns with project contracts and agreements.

Design and Drafting:

• Utilize AutoCAD software to create, modify, and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure designs are practical and meet client specifications.

Project Management:

• Oversee and manage villa construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Client Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project status.
• Address any concerns or issues raised by clients in a professional and timely manner.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical advice and support to the project team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and regulations related to villa construction.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and timelines for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in villa construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Excellent estimation and invoicing skills.
• Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant construction laws and regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• Previous experience working in the Middle East or familiarity with local construction practices.
