Job Description

We are looking for project manager - civil engineer with mor than 10 years experience IN UAE and holder for Dubai license G+ UNLIMETED project manager is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising projects to meet management's strategic objectives and to ensure project delivery within budget and on time.

The following are some of the duties and responsibilities of a project manager:-

• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments.
• Supervise and Monitoring lead projects, reports, necessary documentation from Dubai government
• Manage the project team and delegating tasks.
• Activity and resource planning & building material request .
• Organizing and motivating a project team
• Cost estimating and developing the budget
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• providing good offer which Ensuring customer satisfaction .
• Analyzing and managing project risk
• Supervision of the calculation of quantities, project cost accounts and delivery schedules .
• Full knowledge of the necessary regulations, laws and permits of the Government of Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• 10 UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
• Construction of towers over 12 floors: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• G+ UNLIMETED LICENSE (Preferred)
• DRIVE LICENSE (Preferred)

Location:
