REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Extensive knowledge of the modern methods, techniques and materials used in the design, construction and maintenance of civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and engineering works for buildings and housing developments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Extensive knowledge of civil and MEP engineering practices, plans and technical specifications legislations, procedures and practices.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to read and interpret drawings.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent use and care of standard engineering instruments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in design and calculation software.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent investigative, analytical and reasoning skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal).
