Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction projects in accordance with regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure project completion within budget and on schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and review engineering plans and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Requirements:

• o +6 Years experience in Dubai (In office & In-Site).
• o Experience in follow up with Consultant and Owners.
• o Handle above 10 Projects Building (Not only Villas).
• o Certified in RTA & DED (G+10)
• o His Engineering License is available to be use by our company for registration.
• o Experience in Cost Estimates, Budgets and Bills of Quantities.
• o IT Skills (Auto-CAD, 2D, 3D)
• o UAE Driving License & Car is Plus
• o Speaking Arabic Fluently
