Job Description

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer for Site Supervision to join our team at MABCO FMS LLC, a leading construction company based in the UAE. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or those with 0-1 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and identify potential issues
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
• Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Assist in coordinating the procurement and delivery of construction materials
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and site diaries
• Support the implementation of safety measures and ensure adherence to UAE construction regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• 0-1 years of experience in civil engineering/site supervision (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and construction standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
