CIVIL ENGINEER FOR LANDSCAPE AND POOL

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Civil Engineer to manage our ongoing projects and help build up the business.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the construction of landscapes, swimming pools, etc.
• Project planning and coordination of resources subcontractor and suppliers.
• Perform site inspections, asses site conditions.
• Preparing and managing all project documentation.
• Supervise job progress and inspect various phases of work on the construction site
• Perform continuous surveillance of assigned construction activities to ensure compliance with all applicable codes.
• Inspect all materials sourced and delivered.
• Ensure documentation conformity and compliance with government and company regulations.
• Comply with safety, health and risk management requirements.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
• Involved in all phases of the project including documentation, procurement, and execution
• Manage and supervise technical teams on site.
• Clear communication with client and other stakeholders.
• Monitor, manage & report project performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years demonstrated experience in UAE in landscaping, swimming pool construction.
• Valid UAE Driving license
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical and reasoning skills - solution oriented
• Proficiency in English - written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (PMP is a plus)
• SOE Certification.
• Experience with Project Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• project management: 2 years (Required)
• landscaping and or fitout: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE License (Required)
