Civil Engineer (Fit-Out/ Construction Site Supervisor)

1. Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements.

2. Material and manpower planning and management.

3. Preparing the BOQ's from Drawings and should be able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings. Review and interpret project plans and specifications, and ensure they are implemented correctly.

4. Should be able to independently handle sites.

5. Should have past experience of executing commercial projects such as retail stores, offices, banks, etc.

6. Should have fair knowledge of electrical and MEP works.

7. Able to Meet Project Deadlines as per Client Request

8. Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth project execution.

9. Manage and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and materials to meet project deadlines.

10. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

11. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring budgetary guidelines are followed.

12. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports, site records, and safety reports. Must be able to prepare daily site progress reports.

13. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed.

14. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address their concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

15. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fit-out construction.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fit-Out/Construction Site Supervisor - Civil Engineer or a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and processes.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Comprehensive understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and construction management software.

A valid driver's license is required.

Must have prior working experience in the UAE of at least 2+ Years and ability to manage workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
