•Job Title:• Dubai Municipality Accreditation G+12 Engineer

We are urgently hiring a Dubai Municipality (DM) Accreditation G+12 Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a valid G+12 accreditation from Dubai Municipality and be ready to join immediately. Visa processing will be handled by the company.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- Oversee and manage construction projects up to G+12 as per Dubai Municipality regulations.

- Ensure all projects comply with local codes, standards, and safety requirements.

- Review and approve project designs, drawings, and documentation.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project completion within timelines and budgets.

- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to resolve issues.

- Prepare and submit progress reports to management and authorities.

- Handle all necessary approvals and documentation with Dubai Municipality.

•Requirements:•

- Valid Dubai Municipality G+12 Engineer accreditation.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.

- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality codes and regulations.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to join immediately and commit to a full-time role.
