Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage landscape and swimming pool construction projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success. Review and analyze engineering reports, design drawings, and specifications. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and obtain necessary permits. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and proposals. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality. Create and maintain project schedules that align with project specifications and contract duration. Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the effect of changes to schedules. Assist in the design and analysis of landscaping and swimming pool projects. Support project planning, scheduling, estimation, quality assurance, and budgeting.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape and swimming pool construction. Strong understanding of landscape design principles and construction techniques. Expertise in swimming pool and water feature design, hydraulics, and filtration systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and other relevant engineering tools
