Job Opportunity: Civil Engineer

Location: Dubai

Position Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience, preferably in a real estate development , or architectural consultant company in Dubai or the Middle East.

Candidate should hold a G+unlimited license and have comprehensive knowledge of both villas and towers!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality execution. Source and quantify materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Conduct site supervision, monitor progress, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Manage subcontractors, laborers, and vendors for smooth site operations. Collaborate with architects, designers, and regulatory authorities to ensure feasibility and compliance. Maintain project documentation, including reports and invoices.
Qualifications:

10+ years in construction, material sourcing, and site supervision. Experience in a real estate development company in Dubai (preferred) or the Middle East. Strong knowledge of construction processes and project aesthetics. Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred )
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
