Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

Lead and coordinate the execution of interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure alignment with design specifications. Review and manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

Design Review & Technical Support:

Assist in the review of design layouts, drawings, and plans for structural feasibility. Provide technical support for construction methods and materials selection, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.

Site Supervision & Quality Control:

Supervise and manage the construction site, overseeing the work of subcontractors and laborers. Ensure that all work is completed according to the design specifications and to a high-quality standard. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

Cost Estimation & Budget Management:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for the fitout and interiors projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Monitor project costs, report any discrepancies, and take corrective action to stay within budget.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct safety audits on-site to mitigate potential risks and ensure safe working conditions.

Client Liaison & Reporting:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project. Generate regular progress reports, including status updates, financial reports, and schedule forecasts.

Problem Solving & Risk Management:

Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project, including delays, design changes, and unforeseen construction challenges. Develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Collaboration with Suppliers and Contractors:

Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and services required for fitout works. Collaborate closely with contractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
