Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in all construction elements, particularly residential projects, to lead and manage on-site construction activities. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure the execution of all on-site construction activities according to project specifications and standards. Oversee the construction of various building elements, including elevators, air conditioning systems, aluminum work, and finishing elements, to maintain high-quality standards. Coordinate between different project teams, ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and contractors to meet project timelines and requirements. Review and approve construction methods, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare detailed technical reports and regular updates on the project progress, challenges, and any potential risks. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company standards. Monitor project costs and timelines, adjusting plans as needed to stay on track.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Required) Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in residential construction projects (Required) Proficiency in Engineering and Design Software: AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar tools (Required) Strong knowledge of all construction elements and finishing works (Required) Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage contractors, suppliers, and project teams effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in overseeing large residential projects and ensuring all elements (from foundation to finishing) meet the highest standards. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing project needs. A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems before they affect project timelines.
