Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and accomplished site engineer - civil (screed work) to join our growing business. As a site engineer - civil, you will manage projects, supervise staff, and provide technical advice as a subject matter expert.

Site Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other.) Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications. Assess potential risks, materials and costs. Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies. Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required. Managing parts of construction projects Undertaking surveys Setting out sites and organizing facilities Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly Supervising contracted staff Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager Providing technical advice and solving problems on site Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork

Education:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
