Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design civil engineering projects, including infrastructure planning and structural systems.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Conduct site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure designs meet requirements.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with designs, codes, and standards.
• Analyze risks and propose solutions to potential construction challenges.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 02 years of experience in civil engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software. Familiarity with structural analysis tools and project management software is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Other: Knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations is essential.
