Civil Engineer
Job Description
Dm G+1 Registered Civil Engineer: A civil engineer with at least 3 years of experience is required, familiar with engineering drawing (UAE Experiences) Must have the Engineering Society Card
Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects. Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data. Assessing potential risks, materials and costs. . Design drawings, specifications, prepare BOQs, Cost Estimates. Quantity Checking of block, tiles and waterproofing etc.
The Engineer will be responsible for effectively providing the necessary response for project submittals, follow-up staking, testing, and inspection to ensure the project is constructed according to the contract documents and BOQ / specifications.
He will familiarize/ monitor the work program and/or progress report.
Ensure compliance with the contract documents
Coordinate with other engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to meet all project requirements.
Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations including DDA, Nakheel, Tarakhees, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Civil Defense.
