ANT Engineering Consultants is a leading engineering consultancy firm committed to delivering high-quality construction and retrofitting solutions. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards , safety protocols , and regulatory requirements . This position requires a strong background in civil engineering and a solid understanding of local standards and municipality regulations .

Responsibilties

• Create detailed engineering designs for construction projects, including infrastructure and retrofitting.
• Work with other professionals to develop effective solutions.
• Manage construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget .
• Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to ensure work follows plans.
• Ensure projects meet local regulations and building codes .
• Obtain the necessary permits and ensure construction follows legal standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients , contractors , and suppliers .
• Work with other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and solve technical problems that may arise during the project.
• Keep track of project records , including changes, inspections, and approvals.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering (optional, but helpful).
• Abu Dhabi Municipality Card (required to work as an engineer in Abu Dhabi).
• If your degree is from outside the UAE, you may need an equivalency certificate from the UAE Ministry of Education.
• 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the UAE.
• Experience in construction , infrastructure , or municipal projects is a plus.
• Understanding of UAE building codes and Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations .
• Familiarity with local construction laws and environmental regulations is beneficial.
• Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office).
• Fluent in English .
• Arabic is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good at problem-solving .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
