Job Purpose:

The Civil Engineer will manage and oversee civil engineering aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring structural integrity, compliance with regulations, and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning : Develop and review structural designs for fit-out projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and safety standards.
• Site Supervision : Oversee construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to design plans.
• Project Management : Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve engineering issues during the design and construction phases.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and challenges to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience : 3 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in fit-out or construction.
• Skills : Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit); strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
