Silver Creek Contracting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, site operations, and quantity surveying, combined with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project management , including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Conduct tendering and quantity surveying to ensure project cost efficiency.
• Manage manpower and site operations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Forecast project cash flow and manage budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and approvals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Dubai Municipality Approval and Accreditation are mandatory .
• Fluency in Arabic is required for effective communication.
• Proficiency in project management and technical software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
