Qualifications

Education: Diploma / B.S.C. in Civil Engineering.

Requirements & Benefits:

Work Experience: Minimum 1 years in the contracting/ construction field

• - Ground + First Floor approved by dubai municipality.
• - Ambitious, respectful of subordinates, and values colleagues at work.
• - Appreciates clients.
• - Proficient in both written and spoken English and Arabic (if possible).
• - Proficient in AutoCAD software.
• - Capable of preparing quantity surveys.
• - Works as a team leader.
• - Oversees construction site management.
• - Monitors maintenance activities.
• - Creates daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• - Prepares project timelines.
• - Supervises work and workers.
• - Hardworking and loyal to the company.
• - Able to handle work pressure.
• - Basic salary + bonus.
• - Must have a UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
