Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our ongoing and upcoming projects.

As a Civil Engineer, you will play a critical role in the planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of our real estate developments. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of civil engineering experience in the UAE, particularly within the real estate and property development sectors. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth execution of projects, from initial design to completion, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and manage real estate development projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Conduct on-site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Supervise the construction process to ensure adherence to designs, safety regulations, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Prepare and present project status reports, technical documentation, and cost estimates.
Solve on-site engineering issues and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE working on civil engineering projects in the real estate development sector.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and local authority requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Experience in managing multiple real estate development projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
Experience with large-scale real estate developments, including high-rise buildings and master-planned communities.
