Position Overview

Empro Technical Services LLC, a leading provider of luxury interior design and fit-out services, is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle of high-end fit-out projects, ensuring excellence in execution, adherence to timelines, and compliance with industry standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects in the corporate, commercial, retail, and residential sectors, delivering exceptional quality that exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle of fit-out projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure that all fit-out projects meet the required specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Supervise site activities, manage construction workers, and ensure work is being carried out according to the project schedule.
• Review and analyze project drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Manage and resolve any technical issues that arise during the execution of fit-out works.
• Prepare and monitor project reports, progress reports, and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
• Handle client meetings, report progress, and provide solutions to any challenges or delays.
• Ensure that safety protocols and health standards are maintained at all times on-site.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing fit-out projects in corporate, commercial, retail, or residential sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical issues and delays effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
