*Civil Supervisor Requirements -Qualifications in Civil Engineering or any other related field -3+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in a supervisory role - Valid UAE driving license Responsibilities - Independently conduct site inspections and BOQ preparation. -Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers -Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards -Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations -Manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project -Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures -Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met -Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process -Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits -Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment -Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents -Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team -Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities -Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and reliable transportation Working Conditions -Travel may be required to worksites -Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment -Work in varying weather conditions -Extra hours may be required when nearing the completion of a project -Collaborative work with other professionals working on the projects Candidates with relevant experience and immediate joining please forward your CV to info@dmdcare.com/ dmdcare2018@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time
