Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
Should have proven experience as a Civil Engineer and with a track record of successful project completions
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, regulations as well as best practices
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software as well as other relevant engineering software
Should be familiar with project management principles and techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
