Civil Engineer (dm G+1)
Job Description
We are looking to hire a Civil Engineer to join our Construction and Fit-Out Division.
Shall manage the project from the initiation/design stage, construction until the handover.
Qualifications and experience:
• G+1 Building contracting with DM approval.
• its mandatory to have all authorities approvals and must be well versed in all approval procedures for construction permits from DM/DDA/DCD/NAKHEEL/TRAKHEES/CONCORDIA/DAFZA/DWC/DEWA etc..
• Experience in submittal of documents to all authorities along with site experience and project management.
• Must be experienced in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project to prepare planning and scheduling of the projects
• Driving license is a must
• Degree Level (minimum) Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
• 5 years' or above experience in relevant field in DUBAI is must
• Candidate must be available in UAE.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
License/Certification:
• Construction Trade License Registration (G+1) in Dubai (Required)
• Dubai Driving License (Preferred)
