Job Description

Civil Engineer having company Constructional and Project Management experience: Immediate joiners preferred.

• Established track record of working in the Civil and Construction sector as an engineer or project manager handling operations of the company.
• Ability to solve problems using engineering concepts and modeling software.
• Eager to work in a variety of setups that include on-site and in-office activities.
• Strong command of creating clear, concise, and technically accurate project reports.
• Should have knowledge in working on AutoCAD- 2D and skill set in reading the drawings properly for doing quantity take off., site survey and preparing BOQ/ quotations.
• Must have worked at Interior project sites to understand Project, Procurement planning, Project scheduling, Site / Project Engineering & Supervision, Records upkeep etc.
• Good command of managing different aspects of an ongoing construction project with a knack for motivating the workforce effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in the field of Civil Engineering.
• Should have UAE experience minimum of 10-15 years.
• Good communication and Negotiation skills- Oral & Written.
• Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships with all the stake holders/ Office staff / workers/ sub-contractors & suppliers.
• Project Management and Project Development experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
