Job Description

Key Responsibility:

Lead and manage civil and fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with design specifications, regulations, and quality standards.

Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to determine project requirements and limitations.

Develop and review project plans, designs, and layouts, providing technical expertise and guidance on civil and structural elements.

Ensure all work adheres to Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards, especially for G+1 structures.

Supervise site activities, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timelines are met.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to address issues.

Prepare project documentation, including reports, daily logs, and as-built drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and other project-related documentation.

Ensure quality control on all project activities, conducting site inspections and audits to maintain high standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically within interior fit-out and G+1 structures.

Valid G+1 certification.

Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer Registration Certificate.

Proven experience with project management, budgeting, and schedule management.

Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality building codes, safety regulations, and standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and contractors.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
