Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in offshore construction within the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a valid Abu Dhabi Municipality-approved engineering license and a minimum of 10 years of experience working in the UAE's civil engineering sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee the construction and maintenance of building structures, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure projects, with a focus on oil and gas facilities.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and standards, specifically those set by the Abu Dhabi Municipality.
• Review and approve project plans, blueprints, and technical documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
• Manage and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, ensuring that targets are met on time and within financial constraints.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and solutions to resolve engineering challenges and ensure project success.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Abu Dhabi Municipality-approved engineering license (Mandatory).
• Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on offshore or oil and gas industry projects in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction laws, codes, and safety standards.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and construction projects, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the industry (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

• Immediate availability to join the team.
• Strong local network and understanding of the UAE construction market and vendors.
• Experience working with ADNOC or other major oil and gas operators in the UAE is a plus.
