Job Description

• Manage and oversee villa construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and engineering plans.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities for project approvals and requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.
• Ensure effective project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• ADM APPROVED
• 4-5 years of experience in a consultancy or project management company, with a focus on villa projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and local authority requirements.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

• UAE Driving License.
• Professional certifications in project management (PMP or equivalent) would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
