Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc or B-Tech) or equivalent.
• Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in planning, designing, and constructing landscape, infrastructure, or building projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in planning and executing construction projects.
• Proficient in preparing schedules for material and equipment purchases and delivery.
• Ability to resolve design and development problems effectively.
• Knowledge Requirements:
• In-depth understanding of technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations.
• Familiarity with project compliance with legal and client specifications.
• Interpersonal and Management Skills:
• Strong project management and resource allocation abilities.
• Experience in managing teams of supervisors and foremen.
• Capability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other construction professionals.
• Additional Competencies:
• Skilled in MEP inspections with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Proven ability to deliver projects within budget and on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Swimming Pool, Landscape Industry: 3 years (Required)
• civil engineer: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Required)
