Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil & Electrical Supervisor to manage and oversee civil and electrical activities on construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in supervising civil and electrical work, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of civil and electrical work on-site.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, as well as civil construction activities (e.g., site preparation, foundations, concrete work).
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure proper execution of civil and electrical activities.
• Monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Ensure that materials and resources for civil and electrical tasks are available and used efficiently.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure work is completed within deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and subcontractors.
• Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce health and safety measures on-site.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supervising civil and electrical activities in construction projects.
• Proven track record of overseeing both civil and electrical works on large-scale construction sites.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, electrical systems, and construction practices.
• Experience with site management, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising teams.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and construction drawings.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification or training in electrical systems and civil construction practices.
• Experience in energy-efficient or sustainable construction practices.
