Draftsman :

Job Title: Civil Draftsman

Job Summary:

As a Civil Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers. Your drawings will be used in the construction of buildings, highways, bridges, pipelines, and other infrastructure projects. You will work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed drawings of civil engineering projects, including site plans, elevations, sections, and details.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure all drawings meet quality and compliance standards.

- Calculate quantities and prepare material take-offs.

- Assist in preparing technical specifications and reports.

- Maintain drawing files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Civil Draftsman or similar role in the construction industry.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other drafting software.

- Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
